Our Team

Dr Kenneth Echaluce

B.Sc (Clin Sci), BAPPSC (OSTEO)

Kenneth completed his Bachelor and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at RMIT University in 2017. Growing up in Regional Victoria, Kenneth’s passion for sport, particularly soccer, sparked an early curiosity about human movement and injury rehabilitation, leading him straight into a career in Osteopathy.

Since graduating, Kenneth has built extensive clinical experience serving the Gippsland community, alongside a rewarding period practicing abroad in Ireland. He takes a thorough, patient-centered approach to care, combining hands-on Osteopathic treatment with targeted education so patients feel empowered to manage their pain and recovery beyond the clinic walls.

Outside of the treatment room, Kenneth is a devoted dad who loves spending quality time with his young family and their two energetic pugs. He stays active to keep up with his busy household and remains a passionate supporter of Liverpool FC and St Kilda in the AFL.

Dr Doug Allen

B.Sc (Clin Sci), M.H.Sc (OSTEO)

Doug completed his Bachelor and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University following a lifelong involvement in high-performance sport and navigating his own recovery after multiple soft tissue injuries and knee reconstructions. This personal journey gave him a deep appreciation for the body’s resilience and inspired a career focused on helping others return to the activities they enjoy.

Doug brings a practical, patient-centred approach to care, combining hands-on Osteopathic treatment with tailored rehabilitation and education to help patients recover from injury, build strength, and achieve long-term results. His background in competitive sport and personal rehabilitation allows him to relate closely to patients working through their own recovery journey.

Outside of the treatment room, Doug is a devoted dad who loves spending quality time with his two tweenage boys. Having played grade cricket in Melbourne, New Zealand, and England, and worked across snow resorts in New Zealand and the United States, he brings a broad perspective on health, movement, and community. These days, he enjoys staying active and unwinding with a round of social golf with friends.
